() Physical Description: Human male, approximately ten to twelve years old. Runt of a kid. Shaggy brown, almost black hair and steel-grey eyes. There are really no special markings on him. He can be seen in plain pants, plain shirts, and canvas shoes that are a size too big for him.
() Personal Information, History, Background:
Three has literally done nothing his entire life until about a month ago. Bored with the usual progress for perfection with the projects he was given, Dr. Mercer, the same man who raised Pandora until she was ten years old, decided that he would mix some genes together and see what he would get from the results. There was no careful plotting of what the clone-to-be would look like, the qualities he would have, or even any attempts made to select gender. The result was Three.
Three was something of a pet project for Mercer and was kept in growth tanks. He received the various mental stimuli for a human to develop normally through psychics who worked with him. These psychics used telepathy and telekinesis to teach him such things as the concepts of language on a subconscious level. However, even if Three was a pet project, Mercer’s priorities lay elsewhere in the program. Therefore, Three was never taught things such as reading, writing, or anything beyond a three year old’s educational level.
After about ten years of being little more than a science experiment, the military head of the GES program requested Three to use as bait in an attempt to draw out Deuce. Of course, Deuce got found before he could be used in such a way. After that, they weren’t so sure what to do with the kid, so they left him with One, her unit, and Jonas.
After a rather odd confrontation which ended with most of the GESs in the base dead, the program leaders dead, and him without a home, he tagged along with Jonas, Pandora, Deuce, and One back to the city. It was finally decided that he should go with them, as Deuce ended up getting rather attached to him, and thus the undereducated little boy made his way to Kaerwyn.
Three is a happy young boy who’s fond of asking questions and usually tries to be as helpful as he can. Very impressionable, so far he believes everything he is told. He seems to have, so far, taken an immense interest in food and clothing.

Description of Ability : Ability to talk to other psychics mind to mind or to read surface thoughts through invasive burrowing.
Limitations : Can only talk to/ pry into the surface thoughts of other psychics. Range varies depending on how tired he is.
Repercussions : Minor drain on energy. Can hold conversations for one to two hours before he starts getting a headache and a little nauseous.[*]Name of spell or ability here Telekinesis
Description of Ability : Minor telekinesis used mostly in touching others. Like a baby will use their mouth to figure out what something is, Three uses his TK to figure out the texture and other information about of something he’s touching with it. He can also lift very small items with it.
Limitations : Mun permission required. Cannot hurt anyone when ‘touching’ them—it is more like a soft brush against them or, at most, poking. Cannot lift anything that weighs more than a few ounces, nor can he throw anything with enough significant force to hurt someone.
Repercussions : Can use ten to twelve times daily. Full night’s rest and at least two meals required to recharge. Can push up to twenty times a day, with increasing nausea and dizziness. Trying to push past this results in him passing out for 24 hours.[*]Name of spell or ability here Protokinesis
Description of Ability : Ability to ‘see’ and ‘copy’ what another psychic of his world can do as well as randomly, when scared or trying to remember what another psychic has done in the past, use a telekinetic power with enough force to either inconvenience someone or give them a minor injury.
When trying to use some skill he has seen in the past, a 1d6 will be rolled.
1-pyro: lighting his fingers on fire. Extra repercussions: used three times, user experiences hypothermia and must seek medical attention.
2-Failure, gets nauseous and dizzy
3-hydro: dumping about a 16-oz glasses’ worth of water on a target-or himself-seemingly out of nowhere Extra repercussions: used twice results in severe dehydration, requiring medical attention.
4-failure, passes out for an hour
5- nothing happens
6-failure, unable to use any kinesis or telepathy for 12 hours
Copying only works for a psychic of his world. When copying, a 1d3 will be rolled. If a 1 or 3 is rolled, the copy is a fail and he becomes dizzy and sick to his stomach. If a 2 is rolled, the skill is copied to a lesser extent, on himself. For example, he watches a pyrokinetic light their hands on fire and light a candle. If a 2 is rolled, Three then copies the skill, lighting say one of his fingers on fire.
Limitations : Can only see and copy how a psychic of /his/ world does something. This does not work for mages, psychics of other worlds, cursed people, etc, etc. Three does not get any of the resistance benefits of the kinetic skills he copies. For example, he does not get resistance to burning that comes with being a pyrokinetic. Cannot copy Deuce’s mechakinesis or any skill that in any way affects a person’s life energy.
Repercussions : To see a skill at work does not require much energy at all. However, copying and the random effects are a major drain on energy. This skill can be done four times a day. Also, over use of a particular skill type can result in him experiencing repercussions specific to that skill. If an attempt over four is made it will result in him passing out for twenty four hours. Three full meals and a full night’s rest is required to recharge the skill.
