An adult male copper dragon, very similar to a typical D&D copper dragon in appearance. 20ft long from head to tail, 9ft tall at shoulders. Scales are a bright copper color with metallic luster. Eyes glow a corroded copper green. Claws are not very sharp, but they are angled in a way that makes it easy to climb rocky cliffs or slopes. Claws and teeth are made from a crystalline solid with a blue tint (Copper impurities) the structure and hardness are similar to quartz crystal. The dragon's saliva is a fairly acidic liquid, but no stronger than stomach acid. Has a pouch inside his throat where he can keep some of his more treasured valuables.
Natural armor: Hide is tough, but not so much that would prevent a good strike with a spear or other pointy steel weapon from penetrating.
For Example:
Malachite loves jokes and humor, frequently amusing himself with pranks, and gags on the local towns. He is fairly self centered and egocentric, never passing up change to gain something for himself. He has the typical dragon lust for shinies, and will do almost anything to get them.
Personal Information, History, Background:
Cyprus Grube the Copper started out in a fairly mundane clutch of three brothers. He learned the ways of the great copper dragon lineage. Ancestral knowledge of the earth and it's elements passed on to him over his adolescent year by his mother and father.
When he grew to the proper age, he left the clutch and his parent's protection to find his place in the world. At 20 years of age, still very young for a dragon he took up residence in the Bastian mountains. For years and years he studied his trinkets and the geology around him, occasionally dealing with dwarves in exchange for study material, his entertainment. He also made a habit of playing tricks on the local human towns in 'raids' during the night. At one point he had constructed a perfect replica of the town's statue of a hero of lore, with the exception of that his version has a rather large phallus on it's forehead; placing it somewhere it would be seen by many passersby.
Eventually, his home was found out by the humans for his shinanagins. To which he simply payed them off instead of fighting them, which they seemed to be happy about as well. The situation also afforded Malachite the chance to establish a barter for the occasional stone craft. Malachite eventually came around to lending his mineral and geology expertise in exchange for fair amounts of gold and silver shinies. After all, he knew his territory like the back of his hand, noting the locations of several possible veins of gold, and other profitable minerals. Using humans as a way to get it out of the ground was a most agreeable situation.
