Interstellar Drive
Drive systems for space vessels. Developed in the
Fruhverse.
Echo Drive
Utilizing forces at a quantum level. Magi-fusion powerplants allow for a exponential release of demi-real space-time manifestations. Quasi-energy, also known to some as Etheric power is harnessed by a living navigational "computer". The drive system under the command of the espie's living brain tissue can then begin to utilize this Quasi-energy to directly influence the state of local space around the ship. Travel from point to point takes mere instants from the crew's perspective, though typically a 20 light-year jump will see the passing of a month or two from normal space's perspective. This living "computer" is harvested from Fruhlings with supernatural perception. Without the use of expired espies this form of FTL travel would not be possible.
Gravity Drive
Standard sub-light and FTL propulsion system. Engines can be very powerful, in the case of ships with extremely large powerplants can in some cases produce the gravity well of a large asteroid. It is capable of moving a ship conventionally through space at speeds up to four times the speed of light. Though it takes a good amount of time for computer systems and crew to compute an FTL trajectory. This type of drive is also outfitted on those ships already outfitted with an Echo Drive in most cases.
