Special Skills:
She can work her way around a staff, poi or various objects. This is to say the girl is fairly adept at her entertainment skills, be it juggling or lighting sticks on fire.

Physical Description:
Small but fit, as regular exercise will get you. Fairly tanned with red hair to her shoulders, that she regularly puffs up. Has a side parting and two longer locks on each side of her face that come a little lower than the rest. Complete with blue, sparkly hairband to hold most of it back. Sports hazel eyes.

Has two studs in each ear, one at the top and bottom, as well as a belly bar in the shape of a snake, which is plenty obvious, as the top doesn't quite reach down that far.

Has three tattoos, all in blacks 'n' greys and celtic themed. One weaves around her left ankle in a bracelet design, whilst another sits on her lower back The third is a small pair of wings on each shoulder blade.

Personality-wise:
Usually bubbly and easy going. Very naive when it comes to some subjects, which can make her seem innocent. She seeks others approval, but is very much afraid of doing it the wrong way, her mixed up idea of morals and such making the girl almost constantly confused. She's unbalanced mind-wise, as although she /can/ cope with difficult situations, her mental state is a touch fragile. This can come up if threatened or forced to remember something unpleasant, as her defense mechanism is to repress such things. So far, she's stable, as bad things continue to be kept locked away.

She was much more confident when she first arrived on Kaerwyn, but due to unforseen circumstances the girl has become a touch shy, easily embarrassed and generally someone who wants to avoid trouble at all costs. Through the help of friends she can show her more active and cheeky side, so it's not all lost. With time hopefully her confidence and self-esteem will return to her. On the plus side, she's less of a coward, less stubborn and more open-minded.

Personal Information, History, Background:
Evelyn was born into a nice, normal family in Newcastle, in Northern England in a world that that contained a certain amount of magic. It was an uncommon occurance when a child was born with Gifts, but not unheard of.

Her parents realised she could generate light at the age of four. They were bewildered, yet somewhat proud that their little girl was one of the special ones. They remained cautious, as the society in which they lived was not one of the 'Gift-friendly' areas. Of course, they were not quite so pleased when Evie started generating her boom-balls later on. Even so, they managed to keep her oddities under wraps for longer than they had anticipated as Evie grew and developed her Gifts. She would sit in her bedroom and practice making tiny lightshows in the dark, altering colours and sending the lights up and outwards, then go out into the fenced back garden with a watermelon, cut a hole and place a sphere inside, run and watch as it exploded. The neighbours thought that the parents shouldn't let little girls play with firecrackers.

Evie grew up fairly normal, getting into trouble now and again and having a fair few close scrapes when it came to her magics, but enjoyed life. When she was younger, she enrolled in the local majorettes, learning to baton twirl. It was after seeing a performing show in town that she became motivated to learn how to handle bigger staffs. She went on to learn a couple of different poi skills and juggling, as side hobbies. She became fairly proficient in that, even managing to incooperate her Gifts by attaching lights to the end of her fire-staff, for example. She attended public school, finished her A levels and was taking a year out before she was considering returning to university, when she was rifted out.


Magical Abilities:
Light projection
Description of Ability: She can form light from her hands, at varying levels of brightness, from a neon-like glow to approximately a 500,00 candlepower, think your average stagelight. She's capable of altering colours but strictly cannot get anything to the level of ultra-violet, for example. Normally it is at a tolerable level, but not something you'd want to stare at for too long. Other than that, it's harmless, releasing very little heat whatsoever.
She can attach a light to an object, for instance a wall or a tennis ball. She can hold that for about fifteen to twenty minutes, depending on the size.
She is able to vaguely control light that has left her hands through the psionics attached to it, but that takes extreme concentration and isn't accurate. If she threw a ball, it would have more chance of travelling in the right direction if she were concentrating on it than not. Basically a pretty lightshow. Afterwards, it dissapates.
Limitations: She can't hold the light for more than half an hour, less for the brighter the light. For the brightest, she can hold it about ten minutes. She can't create a light bigger than a basketball.
She cannot control it for more than fourty feet away nor if it is out of her sight if it leaves her hands.
She can only manipulate her own generated light, none pre-existing or that wasn't created by her.
Repercussions: Usually doesn't suffer repercussions, but the longer she holds the light, the more energy it expends, so she can get tired. This is especially if she uses it repeatedly for long times, but practice has helped, as well as being healthy physically.

Plasma spheres
Description of Ability: She can create golfball sized dense plasma spheres at her palms, gathering the energy there and binding it psionically. Breaking the psionic field holding them results in an explosion at about the force of a large firecracker, releasing both concussive force and heat. She can control them through the psionic field up to a distance of fourty feet, if maintaining clear sight. If she cannot see them, or they go out of that range, they explode. She can create one in each hand simultaneously, then immediately create another after throwing the first. She can harmlessly re-absorb the spheres before they explode. Being in range of the explosion will be painful, and can ignite some materials etc, but it is no more dangerous than getting too close to a firecracker.
Limitations: It cannot be larger or smaller than summarized above, nor more powerful, as that expends more energy than she can summon at one time physically. She cannot create more than two at once. She can only hold them from exploding for up to ten minutes, wether she is holding them or no.
Repercussions: The explosion is just as capable of being harmful to her as it is anything else. Continued creation of spheres will exhaust her to a point of passing out.
