Edit Rules

Because any user can edit any page, we have some ground rules for performing any edits. If you break these your changes will be undone, which may orphan any added page links. Be forewarned.

Public Pages

Any page in which the intent is to link information from several users.

• You cannot remove links except those you added.
• You cannot post links to material which breaks any Kaerwyn rules (ie Porn)
• You must sign your edits with the following

   ##Edited by <link to user>: <date/time>## 
• You may not undo changes by another user without the permission of an op
  • We don't want an edit war

Private Pages

Any page in which the intent is to display information from a single user

• Do not edit someone else's private page!
• If someone edits your private page report the change to the ops
  • Do not revert the edit till we have seen the changes

Orphaned Pages

Any page which is not linked to elsewhere

• Do not leave pages orphaned
• If we find a user creating orphaned pages to post information which violates any rules or is unrelated to the Kaerwyn RP, the page will be deleted and the user punished

Some Base Guidelines

For World Pages

• Add CategoryWorlds to the bottom of the page

For Character Pages

• Add CategoryChars to the bottom of the page

For Mun Pages

• Add CategoryMuns to the bottom of the page

For Plot Pages

• Add CategoryPlots to the bottom of the page
