Once in a Blue Moon

A meteorite streaked through the Kaerwyn sky, contaminating the atmosphere with a dust which quickly worked its way into the bodies of many characters. As the moon waxed, the dust gave it a blue tint. Those affected soon started to behave oddly as their bodies displayed faint bestial traits. On the full moon itself they found themselves overtaken by their feral sides, transformed into a veritable menagerie of werecreatures.

Naturally, Kaerwyn businesses found a way to collect this dust and exploit its properties for filthy lucre.
